Directions from LA: Destination Sandstone Peak Trailhead parking.
Distance from LA to trailhead: 1 hour.
When to go: All year just check the weather in case of rain in winter.
Time from LA: 1 hour or so, traffic dependent. Much quicker if you go early morning.
Full adventure time: half-day.
