Directions: Trailhead & parking are located near Trails Cafe on Fern Dell Drive.
When to go: All year just check the weather in case of rain in winter.
Full adventure time: 1-2 hours. You can choose to extend your walk along many trial options at the top just past Griffith Observatory.

The trail
If you start out towards the Observatory on Ferndell to Mount Hollywood Summit Trail, you can turn around at the Observatory lookout or continue up to the Hollywood Sign if you’re feeling adventurous!
